This Privacy Policy describes what information the Constitución Colombia app and website ("we") collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over your data.

• Full name, phone number, and occupation.

If you use the app without creating an account, we identify your device (via an anonymous identifier) solely to enforce the free-query limit.

We also log the questions you ask the assistant so we can answer them and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create and protect your account, and keep you signed in.
• To send you operational emails: account verification and password resets.
• To enforce free-usage limits and grant unlimited access to registered users.
• To improve the quality of the assistant's answers.

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share information with providers strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, sending transactional emails), bound by the same confidentiality obligations.

4. Security

Passwords are stored using secure hashing algorithms (never in plain text). Access to the infrastructure is restricted, and communications travel encrypted (HTTPS).

5. Your rights

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we delete your personal data unless the law requires us to retain it longer.

7. Children

This service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a minor provided us personal data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this same page along with the updated date.
